Technical Manager
Job Description
We are recruiting for a Technical Manager to join a Joinery/Fitout company in Abu Dhabi.
This candidate will be working on exclusive properties across the UAE and GCC region, with a focus on architectural and interior design
requirements
- Oversee and manage technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all specifications, timelines, and budgets are met according to client requirements. Review and approve designs and technical drawings, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer specifications. Collaborate with design teams to provide input on feasibility and optimization.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, addressing complex issues related to manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance.
- Prepare and deliver ad hoc reports required by General Manager.
responsibilities
- Should handle a team of 10-12 members consisting of a Joinery Draftsman, Fitout draughtsman, material engineers and BIM Engineers
- Excellent communication is required
- 5+ years Managerial level experience
