Head of Performance Marketing
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead our performance division and drive measurable growth across our client portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who lives and breathes data, platforms, optimization, and ROI
requirements
Lead performance strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of specialists.
Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, budget allocation, testing, and optimization.
Build robust measurement frameworks, dashboards, and performance insights.
Act as a senior client partner—presenting strategies, QBRs, and growth plans.
Collaborate with platform partners and drive innovation, automation, and adoption of new tools.
responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in performance marketing, including agency leadership experience is a must.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, DV360, and GA4.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver ROI-driven results.
- UAE market experience is a plus.
