Senior Interior Designer
Job Description
The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept through execution. This role requires strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to manage both design teams and client relationships with confidence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and consultants to deliver outstanding project outcomes that reflect our brand values.

- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and project excellence throughout.
- Develop mood boards, conceptual sketches, material palettes, and full design presentations.
- Produce and oversee technical drawings, FF&E specifications, and detailed documentation packages.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and feedback at every project phase.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants during site visits and project execution.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers, reviewing their work and supporting their development.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
- Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and technologies to continually elevate design innovation within the team.
responsibilities
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience preferably sales experience in commercial office interior design or equivalent.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to create business development strategies.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple deals in a pipeline end-to-end
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build great relations with clients and gather market information for new projects.
- Self-disciplined, able to meet targets and submit reports on time.
- Team-oriented character, able to achieve individually and contribute to the team’s achievement.
- Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English Languages.
